YOUR ACCOUNT

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Online Payment by Credit Card Requirements:
If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the service agreed:
◊ A copy of your passport.
◊ A copy of the first face of your credit card with your own signature.
◊ An authorization letter to the company allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card with original signature (same one should appear in your credit card and passport).
Refund & Cancelation Policy
Please review our returns policy, which also governs your visit to MARKAH.COM, to understand our practices.
◊ MARKAH would cancel upon the bank request any fraudulent transaction.
◊ The refund must be processed in the same credit card used for payment of the original transaction.
Credit Card Payments Delivery Policy
◊ Merchandises would be delivered to the address nominated by the cardholder who visited our site to buy.
◊ The address must match the address mentioned by the visitor in their personal information and it cannot be under any circumstances a public work address or a public place such as, lobby hotel, hospital reception, entrance of a building etc.
◊ The address should match the same address nominated on the National Identification Number.
◊ The cardholder who requested the merchandise must have a National ID and must be able to sign receiving the merchandise submitting that it matches His or her request along with full name signature.
◊ A photo copy of the National ID would be attached to the purchase (in case order exceed 1000 EGP)
◊ The card number used in the purchase would be Presented for matching records
◊ We would accept Credit Cards issued from Egyptian Banks only.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
PRICING
The strike-through price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. The strike-through price may or may not represent the prevailing price for retailers in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the strike-through price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
With respect to items sold by MARKAH, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
